How to See What’s Out Right Now

Dashboard, In Progress card. Click the In Progress status card to see every reservation whose items are currently out.

Dashboard, Items Ready for Return. Reservations whose end date has passed but haven’t been marked returned show at the top of your dashboard. A red Needed by date means those items are already booked for another reservation.

Calendar. On the Calendar page, tap the In Progress filter to see only reservations with items out.

Finding a Specific Item

“Where is my letter V right now?”

1. Go to Inventory and search for V
2. Click the item to see the upcoming reservations that include it, with their dates, status and quantity

Tips

• Check Items Ready for Return daily, so late returns don’t slip through
• Mark items returned as soon as they’re back, so they’re free for the next booking
• Turn on Past due reminders in Settings to get an email when items are still out
