The 6 Reservation Statuses

Asset Assign tracks reservations through 6 different statuses. Understanding what each one means will help you stay organized.

📅 Calendar Events

What it means:

Events synced from Google Calendar that haven't been processed yet.

When you'll see it:

If you've connected your Google Calendar, new events from your calendar will appear here first.

What to do:

1. Click on the card
2. For each event, indicate if rental items are needed
3. If yes, click “+Create Reservation” and your event info will transfer into the reservation form; mark as Pending or Confirmed and designate your items
4. If no (like a client call), indicate “No Reservation Needed”
5. After following steps 3 & 4 above your count will decrease to 0
