When to Mark Items as Returned
Mark items as returned when:
✅ Client drops them off after the event
✅ You pick them up from the venue
✅ Items are back in your possession and inspected
✅ Event is complete
Don't mark them returned:
- Before the event happens
- While items are still with the client
- If items are damaged and you're waiting for replacement
How to Mark Items as Returned
- Go to Dashboard → See the “Items Ready for Return” section
- Click on the box next to any reservations whose items have been returned
