What is the Reports Page?

The Reports page shows your completed and cancelled reservation history in one place. Instead of scrolling through your dashboard or calendar looking for past events, Reports gives you a searchable, filterable archive of everything that's wrapped up.

Go to Reports from the main navigation to access it.

Searching and Filtering

At the top of the Reports page, you can narrow down what you see:

• Search — Type a client name, phrase, item or location to find specific reservations quickly
• Status filter — Show only Completed, only Cancelled, or both
• Date range — Set a start and end date to see reservations from a specific window

All filters work together; you can search for a client name within a date range and status at the same time.

Viewing Reservation Details

Each row shows the client name, phrase (if applicable), dates, and status at a glance. Click any row to expand it and see the full details: items reserved, quantities, location, and any notes attached to the reservation.
