What is Phrase Checking?
Phrase checking is Asset Assign's signature feature. Instead of manually checking if you have L, O, V, and E available, you just type "LOVE" and Asset Assign tells you instantly. 🌟
It saves you from:
- Checking each letter individually
- Forgetting about repeat letters (BALLOON has two L's and two O's!)
- Accidentally double-booking items
How to Check Phrase Availability
When creating a reservation:
- Enter your Date Range & Client/Event Name
- Enter the Phrase (LOVE, PARTY, MR & MRS, etc.)
- Click "🔍 Check Phrase Availability"
Asset Assign analyzes your phrase and shows you what's available.
