What is Phrase Checking?

Phrase checking is Asset Assign's signature feature. Instead of manually checking if you have L, O, V, and E available, you just type "LOVE" and Asset Assign tells you instantly. 🌟

It saves you from:

• Checking each letter individually
• Forgetting about repeat letters (BALLOON has two L's and two O's!)
• Accidentally double-booking items

How to Check Phrase Availability

When creating a reservation:

1. Enter your Date Range & Client/Event Name
2. If you have Styles set up (like LED, Wood, Neon), select which style(s) you want to check. If you don't use Styles, skip this step.
3. Enter the Phrase (LOVE, PARTY, MR & MRS, etc.)
4. Click "🔍 Check Phrase Availability"

Asset Assign analyzes your phrase and shows you what's available.
