What is the Guided Tour?
Asset Assign includes a built-in 4-step tour that walks you through the basics when you first sign up.
The tour covers:
- Understanding the Dashboard
- Setting Up Your Inventory
- Creating Reservations
- Calendar & Reports
It's designed to get you up and running in about 10 minutes.
How to Access the Guided Tour
From the Dashboard:
- Click "Help" in the top navigation
- You'll see the tour progress bar
- Mark steps as complete after reading through each section
What Each Step Covers

Learn about:
- Action Panels (items due for return, pending events happening soon, unresolved reservations)
