What it is
An availability link is a page you share with clients so they can check whether you have the letters for their phrase on their dates, before they ever message you. It lives at an address like app.assetassign.app/check/your-business-name/xxxxxxxxxxxx and shows your business name and brand color. Visitors type a phrase and their event dates and get a yes or no for every letter, a Get in touch button that opens the web address you chose, and a Copy details button so they can paste the phrase and dates into a message to you.

Set up your branding
- Go to Settings, then the Availability link tab.
- Under Your business branding, enter your business name and, if you like, a brand color as a hex code (for example
#ff66aa) in the text box, or pick one with the swatch beside it. Click Save branding.
The business name is shown on every link's page and on the Get in touch button. The color is used for the page's buttons and accent. Both belong to your account, so every link shares them.
Create a link
- Under Your links, click Create a link.
- Choose the style or size this link answers for. Each link answers for exactly one style/size, so make one link per style you rent. If you have no styles set up, the link answers for all your letters.
- Enter where visitors get in touch: a full web address starting with
https://, such as your contact page or booking form. This becomes the Get in touch button.
- Optionally enter a public label, such as "4ft metal letters". The page shows it as "Checked for 4ft metal letters" and includes it in the copied details. Visitors never see your style names; this label is the only name they see.
- Click Create link. The link is copied to your clipboard. Click Copy link on the card any time to copy it again.
The link name (the readable part of the address) is made from your business name. You can edit it on the card; changing it changes the address.
