What is Google Calendar Sync?

Google Calendar sync lets Asset Assign pull events from your Google Calendar(s).

How it works:

  1. You get an inquiry for an event added to your Google Calendar from your CRM or manually
  2. Asset Assign pulls it from Google Calendar
  3. It appears in Asset Assign as a "Calendar Event"
  4. You indicate if items are needed or not

The benefit: You don't have to manually create reservations in Asset Assign for every event. It auto-imports from your calendar.


How to Set Up Google Calendar Sync

  1. Go to Settings → Calendar
  2. Click "Connect Google Calendar"
  3. Select and sign in with the Google account that holds your events
  4. Grant Asset Assign permission to read your calendar
  5. Click "Allow”
